p>Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to): - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers;
- Identify additional opportunities for current customers and partner with the sales team; Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent service;
- Collaborate with sales, production, and scheduling,
- Collaborate as needed to ensure proper art;
- Organize, enter, and maintain data regarding client artwork, items, raw goods, finished goods, inventory, compliance, pricing, and other relevant information;
- Attend customer visits and department/company meetings as required;
- Participate in the CAPA team process for corrective and preventive action;
- Support customers through pricing, proposals, shipping/receiving, and billing;
- Participate in the NPSS (New Product Specification/New Part Approval) process;
- Support other account managers and the sales team as needed.
