Create and author artifacts as it relates to technical and strategic initiatives; artifacts include, but not limited to Executive-level briefings, Technology Roadmap(s), Course of Action (COA) plans, weekly activity reports, IRM-level Strategic Communication Articles, Pilot Concept of Operation Plans/Schedules, Contingency Plans, Operational Runbooks/Checklist, SWOTs, and data visualization/dashboards, • Provide advisory to Branch Level Operations and Maintenance (O&M) by creating, reviewing, and verifying processes are implemented in accordance with government approval, • Provide support to Branch Level Business Operations as it relates to financial-related tasks (e.g., cost modeling) and frameworks (e.g, Technology Business Management, TBM), as well as vendor relationship support. • Provide project and portfolio management for Division Level strategic/forward-leaning initiatives and projects, • Lead and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs), Pilots, Authority to Test, and Analysis of Alternatives as it relates to Enterprise-wide initiatives, • Provide technical management and strategic guidance to subject matter experts (SMEs) in areas including, but not limited to, enterprise data networking, unified communications UC, WiFi, and cloud-related Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.
