This role is primarily responsible for supervising multiple Community Engagement Specialists (CES), implementing the Statewide Consumer Education and Outreach Plan, data collection and reporting, marketing and social media, and ensuring services are delivered in alignment with Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES) requirements. This position plays a critical role in ensuring CES are connecting with and promoting CCR&R services to families (Consumers), child care providers, and community stakeholders to resources, supports, and services across all Service Delivery Areas (SDAs).
