Glenwood Behavioral Health Hospital is an 80-bed hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, that provides inpatient and outpatient psychiatric treatment for adolescents 13-17 and adults ages 18 and older who are struggling with a mental health concern or a dual diagnosis. We do this by providing a multitude of levels of care, including detoxification, residential treatment for substance use, residential treatment for dual diagnosis, acute psychiatric inpatient hospitalization, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) services, and an array of outpatient programming options, ranging from partial hospitalization programs (PHPs) and intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) to traditional outpatient services.

Qualifications Requirements: Nursing diploma from an accredited college or university required, Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree preferred At least four years psychiatric nursing experience, which is the treatment and care of persons whose principal diagnosis and focus of treatment is a psychiatric disorder, the experience can include working as a staff nurse on a psychiatric inpatient unit or in an outpatient setting with individuals who have a primary psychiatric diagnosis. The Director of Nursing is a key member of the Fox Run Senior Leadership Team who will integrate and coordinate a patient centric nursing strategy with a keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements.
Must hold a valid driver’s license, insurable driver’s record according to the YMCA’s insurance carriers, and have reliable transportation to travel for business meetings, training events, YMCA site visits, vendors and suppliers, etc. Qualifications:A 2-year college degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required; plan for completion of 4-year college degree required; 4-year college degree strongly preferred.
