This involves working with each program, establishing affiliation agreements with schools, facilitating externships for each of the programs, working with the PBHN hospitals (Lab Directors, Radiology/Imaging Directors, Therapy Directors, etc.) to place students in extern roles. The Coordinator collaborates with recruiting, academic partners, and leaders to assure ongoing succession planning, placement in hard to fill positions, completion of orientation, and ongoing communication with ancillary leadership in the Palm Beach Market.
