Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) Knowledge of EKG, ABI, Spirometry, phlebotomy Required Knowledge and Skills: Ability to assist Veterans with walking, transfer, examination preparation etc. The role will require excellent customer service skills, Provider support in relation to checking Veterans/patients into the clinic, retrieving medical documentation, scheduling, and examination assistance.
