Their duties include, but are not limited to: Program development and growth, monitoring of all metrics, guaranteeing a positive client experience, working with team members to ensure retention in care, managing daily operations (i.e. supplies, schedules), managing maintenance logs and upkeep of the unit, providing phlebotomy and nursing services to the client and working with the Regional Director to ensure grant compliance. By assisting individuals with mobile healthcare services and providing compassionate and non-judgmental customer service, the Mobile Clinic program staff enables AHF to be of service to the community by providing support to individuals at a critical and potentially overwhelming moment.
