Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age + Housing Availability: Yes **Job Responsibilities:** + Teach group and private lessons + Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children + Deliver world-class guest service + Create a safe and fun learning environment + Support all needs of the snow sports school: inclusive of scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment + Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers + Other duties as assigned **Job Requirements:** + Must be comfortable and competent skiing on groomed blue terrain + Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older + Must be able to communicate fluently in English + Must be willing to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements. As a Non-Certified Ski Instructor, you have the ability to be a flexible employee who works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one-resort mentality which could include: + Lift Experience + Mountain Activities + Food and Beverage Support + Base Area Operations + Retail Rental Operations **Additional requirements for hires under age 18:** Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law; such as a work permit, physician's note, and/or proof of birthdate The expected pay range is $20.00/hr.
