Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Environmental Services (EVS) Technician: Cleans and polishes tables, desks, counters, sinks, cabinets, and other surfaces Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and sanitizes floors using the appropriate method for different types of floors Dusts the premises (including but not limited to: door jambs, furniture, lamps, art, etc.) and removes cobwebs Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, stairways, etc. in designated locations Cleans restrooms (including but not limited to: toilets, urinals, bath tubs, showers, and mirrors) Cleans walls, trim, windows, sills, water fountains, doors, etc. 2 week paid vacation (full-time) / 1 week paid vacation (part-time) 12 paid sick days per year 11 paid holidays Paid Parental Leave Mileage & Cell Phone Reimbursement (when applicable) Tuition reimbursement and licensure supervision Growth & development through continuous training Clinical and administrative advancement opportunities Benefits are excluded for variable status employees.
