Sick time is awarded each January (56 hours, prorated based on hire date unless otherwise required by applicable law), holiday pay that includes New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and two weeks of New Parent Leave for birth, adoption, or foster placement. The Assistant Store Manager assists in the supervision of a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best.
- Understands and complies with the Loss Prevention Awareness Program and is responsible for Store Loss Prevention which includes maintaining a large Customer service presence on the sales floor, Customer and Associate engagement and heightened Loss Prevention awareness.
- Responsible for security of building including entrance/exit control (Associate entry/egress, receiving door, daily trash removal, etc.), Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) devices daily function check, Cash Office security, armored carrier pick-ups and register area.
