Reports To: Child Nutrition Campus Cafe Supervisor Work Year Days: 173 for 2025-2026; 168 for 2026-2027 Primary Purpose: Work under moderate supervision to perform point of sale (POS) transactions during meal service for students and staff following United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) guidelines. Work inside in commercial kitchen environment; exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures, extreme humidity, noise, vibration, microwaves, biological hazards (bacteria, mold, fungi), chemical hazards (fumes, vapors, gases), electrical hazards; work with hands in water and detergents; work around machinery with moving parts; work on slippery surfaces.
