Sales experience in cardiovascular/EP is preferredBachelor's degree requiredA minimum of 8 years of business experience and 4 years of sales and or marketing experience is requiredPrevious experience in the medical device industry is required, and cardiovascular experience is preferredPeople leadership experience requiredStrong presentation and communication skills are requiredAbility to build strong customer relationships with a consultative approach is requiredExpertise in establishing and maintaining strategic relationships across an organization is requiredProven ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with a sense of urgency is requiredAdvanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills are requiredThe Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
