Qualifications:Self-starter who can work with little supervision, be extremely organized, and very detail-oriented; Minimum 3 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury law (required); Strong understanding of New Jersey tort law, court procedures, and e-filing systems; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficient in legal case management software; Ability to multitask, work independently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment; Treat others with respect and contribute to a positive team environment; Knowledge of Trial Pad and/or TrialWorks is a plus; Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word and PDF conversion software.
