The Medical Case Manager must utilize community resources; stay abreast of services available to clients, as well as the requirements of attaining/retaining those services; work in close collaboration with physicians, nurses, nurse educators, therapists, and other health care providers; and document all client-related activities according to agency and SC DHEC policy. Additionally, the applicants must have knowledge of basic office equipment, including multi-line telephones, facsimile (fax) machines, copiers, computers, scanners, and printers, and experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook Email, basic computer database software, and Internet software.
