Ensure proposals are clear, accurate, and aligned with customer expectations Build strong relationships with customers through technical credibility and responsiveness To succeed, you will need Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience gained through relevant work experience 5+ years of experience in automated assembly systems, industrial automation, or related manufacturing environments preferred Strong background in fastening technologies, including torque-controlled tightening applications Experience in applications engineering, proposal development, process engineering, or related technical customer support functions Automotive and/or high-volume manufacturing experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and commercial teams Ability to investigate, develop, and quote custom automated fastening solutions based on customer requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% to support sales activities and better understand customer manufacturing processes to ensure optimal solution development In return, we offer At Atlas Copco, we know that work is more than just a job.
