Summary: As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the Time Limited Subsidy (TLS) Case Manager will travel to multiple locations in the greater Los Angeles area to meet and work with clients to attain and sustain permanent housing in partnership with the County Department of Homeless Services & Housing (HSH).
