The candidate will teach a 12 contact-hour load/semester and will be expected to engage in professional development that enhances their teaching, develop organic chemistry lecture and lab experiences, assume a role in formal and informal student mentoring, supervise undergraduate research, and participate in departmental activities and University governance including contributions to programmatic assessment efforts.
