This role helps new clients get off to a strong start, learns the unique routines and needs of each home, supports and trains caregivers entering new assignments, and provides consistent backup coverage when members of a care team are unavailable. Lead Caregivers work closely with office staff, clients, families, and caregivers to improve continuity, strengthen communication, and help ensure every client receives safe, reliable, high-quality care.
