Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Higher Education Administration, Counseling, Student Personnel Services, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience in Career Services, Student Affairs, Enrollment Management, Workforce Development, or a related higher education setting, demonstrated experience in employer relations, career coaching, student development, program administration, and staff supervision, experience utilizing career management technologies, data analytics, and student success platforms preferred. Reporting to the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management, the Director leads a student-centered operation aligned with the universitys Focus 2030 Strategic Plan and Alabama State Universitys commitment to student success, leadership development, and career readiness.
