Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: Lead efforts toward planning and implementing career coaching, education, experiential learning, mentoring, and job search programs and services to students, by working with a variety of students, faculty, and staff in schools (7th-12th grade) and graduates 4-10 years post-graduation. Analyze students career paths, initiate career assessments, provide career education and advice on college readiness, resume development, interview preparation, and offer experiential learning and job search resources for pre-college students and college graduates 4-10 years post-graduation.
