Key responsibilities further include: Identifying and evaluating learning assets included in the role-based curriculums; Developing new learning assets designed to meet business needs, which may include materials for classroom-based learning, PowerPoint presentations, discussion guides, facilitator guides, web-based training, job aids and performance support tools, assessments, certification programs, etc. The Learning Lead will have direct impact on the service team’s ability to execute and implement the needed changes to deliver on its vision: to continuously improve the client experience through operational effectiveness and efficiency, delivered by an engaged team where high performers thrive.
