The summary purpose of the APP Manager is to provide leadership for the health system and advanced health providers in the development and implementation of ongoing quality improvement through an array of regulatory compliance, policies and programs, funding/funds flow/productivity, training and technical assistance, data and information sharing, and partnerships and collaborations. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train and mentor subordinates, convey complex clinical and technical information in a clear and concise manner, and to prepare and present a variety of reports, documentation, analyses, and project proposals.
