Job Title: Clinical Services Supervisor, RN\n \nDepartment: Medical\n \nReports To: Health Center Manager\n \nFLSA Status: Exempt\n \nWage Range that the Company Expects to Pay: $3,600.00 $3,969.00 bi-weekly\n \nSUMMARY \n \nUnder the direct supervision of the Health Center Manager and in-direct clinical supervision of Nursing Administration, the Clinical Services Supervisor (CSS) shall perform licensed nursing duties under scope of practice, oversee back office clinical competency and performance, maintain and operate medical and laboratory equipment, assist in the treatment and care of patients, including performing physically demanding assignments. \nDemonstrates knowledge of domestic violence, child and dependent abuse protocols.\n \nDemonstrates cultural sensitivity and competence with patients.\n \nDemonstrates adherence to Quality Improvement processes such as Meaningful Use, HEDIS, UDS and Regulatory compliance and company productivity.\n \nMaintains and adheres to HIPAA, employee confidentiality, and privileged communications (patient, employee, and corporation).\n \nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\n \nThere are indirect clinical supervisory responsibilities with this position.
