Activities that result in success include: prospecting new referral sources, educating referrers on what we do, how we have the best results in the industry, what type of patient is a good fit, how to refer, and overcoming objections. These conversations also happen through one-on-one interactions while visiting a referring office to thank them/follow up on a past conversation, group presentations, clinic tours, attending and exhibiting at conferences, and hosting company-sponsored functions.
