Responsibilities: The Dementia Program Director develops and maintains a program that encompasses dementia patients' physical, social, cultural, spiritual, and intellectual needs.*Assess each patient and develop programming that maximizes their abilities and provides contentment, enjoyment, and positive self-esteem. *Educate families through support groups, family council, and other methods Qualifications: *Graduate of an accredited college or university with a bachelor's or master's degree in social work, nursing, therapeutic recreation, psychology, gerontology, or another related field is preferred.
