The Lead Care Provider functions as the lead to a group of care providers, providing personal assistance and routine daily care and services related to the residents in accordance with the Resident Care Plan, and/or as directed by the Executive Director, Health Services Director, and Memory Care Director, in order to enhance the residents’ independence and quality of life. For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
