Completes initial psychiatric assessments, crisis interventions, family interventions, focused crisis diagnostic assessments, assessments of capacity for consent to treatment, risk assessments, individual education, progress towards treatment goals, and discharge planning including medical, psychological, social, behavioral and developmental aspects of the cindividuals care, treatment, and services. The Behavioral Health Medical Provider - NP directs, coordinates, and provides medical/clinical services to specified consumers (both youth and adult) within the facility, including, but not limited to intervention, psychiatric evaluation and assessment, differential diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, engagement, family meetings, supportive psychotherapy, individual education, risk assessment, and discharge planning.
