We are looking for a Senior Manager, Administration to join a world-class team integrated sheltering, behavioral and medical care for victims of cruelty at our Rehabilitation & Recovery (R&R) Center to support lifesaving care and make a critical impact on the vulnerable animals who need us most. Build and maintain strong partnerships with external facing teams, including Talent Acquisition, Communications, and Philanthropy, ensuring accurate messaging, representation of programs, and strong donor and stakeholder engagement.
p>This position reports to the Director of Dining Services and will be an integral member of the Dining Services management team comprised of the Assistant Director of Dining Services, two additional Dining Services Managers and the Culinary leadership team. li>Perform quality checks to maintain a clean and safe grooming area and salon, disinfect and sanitize grooming tools and equipment, perform daily and weekly cleaning duties in the salon and in adherence to Petco hygiene and sanitation policies, other cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned, including but not limited to cleaning air filters, vents, and drains. Running store operations - analyzing staffing needs, reporting financial and sales data, handling cash, meeting compliance, opening trouble tickets with Facilities/Network/IT as needed to ensure store up-time and functionality. Training Requirements All Assistant General Managers are required to attend and successfully complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date.
