li>Quality Leadership: Provide strategic leadership across Manufacturing Quality, driving a culture of accountability, quality ownership, and continuous improvement across sites.

• QA site(s) leadership: Act as the QA leader for products manufactured at site(s), ensuring manufacturing processes, controls, and specifications are robust, compliant, and consistently executed.

Position Requirements: Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Associate Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, or Licensed Psychologist. Read, perform research, attend workshops or seminars as Agency sees fit and as it relates to program needs; participate in other professional development activities in order to maintain and enhance personal and professional skills related to program needs.

The position focuses on driving sales performance, strengthening strategic partnerships, and executing account‑specific growth plans aligned with Cunard's commercial objectives and Cultural Essentials. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Scope: This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and minimal day‑to‑day supervision, requiring strong planning, prioritization, and time‑management skills.

li>For roles working in CA, CO, HI, ID, MD, MS, NV, NC, OH, PA, TN, UT, VA, DC: This role requires you to possess a Motor Vehicle Salesperson License issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles.

li>Intermediate math skills; calculate interest and percentages; balance accounts; add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; locate routine mathematical errors; compute rate, ratio and percent, including the drafting and interpretation of bar graphs.
