Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Budget and fiscal management • Facilities and Capital Planning and Management • Campus Operations and Security • Higher education administration • Supervision and training • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, including individuals with disabilities • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). • Two (2) years of experience in budget preparation, financial management, or operations, including budget responsibility • Experience in applying relevant state and federal laws, statutes, and regulations • Experience working with the state agencies managing building construction, renovation, and environmental considerations • Experience creating and implementing emergency preparedness policies and procedures • Experience working with communities underrepresented and/or historically underserved in higher education.
