· At least 2-3 years of multi-unit experience overseeing a minimum of four locations at once.

· Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
· Basic computer proficiency. Effectively manage communication with all operations personnel within the district, including consistent communication with Club Managers
· District PE at PF coordination and management (assist in hiring, training, and weekly planning).
