li>Serve as subject matter expert and/or provide consultation on complex and sensitive HR-related matters, offering guidance as needed to HRBPs and managers/leaders across the organization in all HR areas including but not limited to employee relations, labor relations, organizational effectiveness & culture & change management, pay administration and implementation of compensation-related programs & initiatives, workforce planning & talent management, workforce strategy, counseling on individual & team performance, and management development.
