This role will be responsible for maximizing the value of ServiceNow by partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, and platform owners to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate workflows, and enable enterprise transformation. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, (or 4 years relevant work experience equivalency); 3-6 years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, systems engineering or related experience.
