The ideal candidate will have experience working with quantitative and qualitative information to produce insightful analysis; excellent written and verbal communication skills; expertise in ServiceNow performance analytics and dashboards; expertise in data visualization tools; familiarity with the aerospace industry and compliance matters, including employee misconduct investigations; and strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work across teams and functions.
