Partner with digital marketing teams to understand reporting needs and help translate business questions into data and reporting requirements • Build, update, and maintain dashboards and reporting cards in Domo used by digital teams and leadership • Write and maintain SQL queries and support basic ETL processes to prepare data for reporting and visualization • Assist with onboarding new data sources and maintaining existing connections (e.g., SFTP, API, email-based feeds, or custom connectors) • Monitor data quality and troubleshoot reporting issues to ensure accuracy and consistency • Support Domo platform governance by assisting with dashboard certification, user access management, and dashboard organization • Create and maintain clear data documentation to help stakeholders understand metrics, definitions, and reports • Stay informed on updates to digital marketing platforms, metrics, and measurement best practices. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Marketing Analytics, or equivalent practical experience • 1+ years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field (internships and academic projects included) • Exposure to digital marketing or advertising analytics concepts • Experience using a BI or data visualization tool (Domo preferred; Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar acceptable) • Working knowledge of SQL, including writing basic queries and joins • Familiarity with data preparation or ETL concepts • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Enjoys collaborating with teammates and learning from others.
