Project Manager Qualifications: Five or more years of experience in project management for multi- family housing or closely related projects, e.g., hotel renovation; Extensive experience with projects with contract values of $12,000,000 or greater; Graduate of a degree program in construction management or construction science; The possession of engineering and architectural degrees may be considered as equally qualified if they have additional training in business administration and accounting; Extensive knowledge of established construction trades, procedures, and building codes; knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, risk assessment, safety protocols, and blueprint and contract literacy; Demonstrated ability to anticipate problems and resolve them before they impact projects, effective use of Microsoft Office software, most especially Excel, Word, and M.S.
