Job Description:This job is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for financial center clients, helping to uncover personal banking needs of both individual and small business clients, offering appropriate solutions, and connecting clients to specialists. Between helping clients adopt new technologies, attending team meetings and building lasting relationships, I stay pretty busy and sometimes I work weekends and/or extended hours.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. This role grows, deepens, and manages relationships with affluent customers and those with more complex financial needs, serving as their primary point of contact for banking products and services through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach.
