The incumbent assesses existing data, applications, infrastructure, documentation, workflows, budget documentation, training and development documentation and technology to analyze functionality, efficiency, and productivity, and then may assist IT Implementations with design, development, and implementation solutions as part of a business need for a remodel and/or new construction project, of the day-to-day needs of the department to align business requirements. This business analyst is responsible for departmental process planning, project intake requests, project logs and budget/invoice documentation, procurement and travel submissions, work force management oversight, scheduling and drafting detailed department requests, and onboarding documentation, and then be able to take the information gathered and export the information to create metrics, dashboards, and other analytical documents to assist with reporting to IT Infrastructure leadership.
