Performing responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative and supervising the team’s activities in the absence of the Store Manager, including but not limited to transaction processing, maintenance of cash drawers, and cash handling procedures.
li>Directly provide personal care and housekeeping services to residents in absence of assigned personal care and housekeeping staff, as part of regular duties if on the night shift, in case of emergency, or in special circumstances: At minimum:
Assist residents, as needed, in activities of daily living, including: showering, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, walking, eating, personal care. Under the supervision of the personal care program supervisor and the administrator, provide a range of services and supervision to residents of West 74th Street Home with the goal of enabling residents to live permanently at West 74th Street Home, as safely and independently as possible.
