Communicates and coordinates with line management regarding scheduling, staffing, equipment, record keeping, and related matters, to ensure smooth delivery of services; makes scheduling and staffing adjustments as needed to meet client requirements while controlling labor costs; reviews report to ensure that commitments have been met and client directions have been followed. Meets with line management and/or client representatives for status updates and to address any actual or potential problems; provides support during client start-ups; provides input in terms of security planning, assessments and surveys; reviews post orders and communicates requirements and changes to affected personnel.
p>Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED;
- 1 to 2 years' warehouse experience or similar discipline;
- Ability to speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers and management;
- Ability to learn the delivery area to coordinate drivers' deliveries;
- Knowledge of distribution and transportation industry;
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to multitask;
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

- Computer proficiency;
- Valid driver's license and insurance;
- Reliable transportation to get to work; Company vehicles are provided for deliveries. To perform the duties of this job, the team member must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment;
- Visually capable of recognizing and distinguishing letters and numbers and remembering their sequencing;
- Ability to work on feet (stand and walk) for entire assigned work shift;
- Able to repeatedly bend or stoop to floor-level shelves and able to reach upper shelves (10 feet) with use of stool or ladder when necessary;
- Due to operation of vehicles and equipment, exposure to danger or hazards may occur;
- Able to move heavy objects with moving aids designed to move such items, including hand trucks, barrel dollies, hydraulic lifts, etc.
