Responsible for monitoring, operating, inspecting, repairing, testing, and cleaning all equipment and related activities that bring steam or chilled water to air handling systems, sterilizers, etc.
Report maintenance and technical strategies and progress to SFC Global Supply Chain, Inc.s management on improving overall maintenance operations for the team, including implementing new maintenance processes, machinery, equipment, and systems developed in Korea so that efficient production operations can be implemented efficiently and safety. Must have proof of legal authority to work in the U.S. Requirements - At least four years of experience as a senior engineer, engineer, technician, senior maintenance specialist or similarly titled engineer, specialist or technician occupation involved with the installation, maintenance and repair of noodle and dumpling equipment at a food manufacturing plant.
p>Working Conditions: Able to meet the physical requirements of the position which involves sitting, standing, bending, climbing, lifting (up to 50 pounds), working at heights, and in all types of weather conditions (rain, snow, heat etc.). Monitor short-term schedules, estimate activity durations and material needs, and track progress to meet project milestones and completion dates.
