Strong knowledge of high, medium, and low-voltage systems, HVAC, control systems, commissioning, LEED/Green building projects, and general ground-up construction projects as applicable to MEPS.The inspector is required to have a basic knowledge of residential home systems and elements and is expected to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces and attics, and stand for long periods of time.
