Leading the planning, budgeting, and execution of capital projects across two manufacturing sites, Building and presenting business cases to justify capital investments and forecast future capital needs, Managing project schedules, resources, and documentation throughout the full project lifecycle, Coordinating with internal teams to support material procurement, scheduling, and field reporting, Tracking project progress and communicating updates to stakeholders and leadership, Supporting multiple concurrent projects, including handling submittals, changing orders, and safety documentation, Participating in conceptual engineering work, including opportunity evaluation and alternative analysis, Providing technical troubleshooting during equipment installation, commissioning, and ongoing operation, Ensuring accurate tracking of materials, equipment, inventory, and project documentation, Assisting in resolving project‑related issues and support project closeout activities. Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, Demonstrated experience managing capital projects from concept through execution, Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly, Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, Highly organized with strong time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
