The Chief Building Engineer plays a key leadership role in overseeing the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of all building systems within a luxury high-rise community.

This position is often called upon to plan, organize, train staff in the functions of the building trades, and to direct and supervise assigned activities of the Plant Operations functions which are necessary in maintaining the hospital plant in working conditions.
