The BE closely Monitors, Identifies and Communicates problems in every phase of General Maintenance of the Infrastructure, including areas of Carpentry, Electrical Work, HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical, Painting, Flooring, Patching, General Hardware, other Minor Building Repairs and Cleanliness.
G.NON-CERTIFIED ENGINEER: In a safe and efficient manner, operates and maintains
boilers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, generators, air-conditioning facilities and all appurtenant equipment driven by steam, air, diesel, gas, water or any other power-developing energy. May effect repairs on toilet facilities, registers, radiators, lights, fixtures, minor repairs on furniture and floors, provided that while standing a watch on a high-pressure boiler installation, they are not required to violate any State, County or City Ordinances, Codes or Laws.
