About the Role: As a CBRE Building Engineer you will utilize advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment and grounds.

Physical capability to frequently walk, climb, bend, kneel, lift a minimum of 80 lbs., stoop, and work/extend overhead, including navigating rooftops, climbing stairs, and ascending ladders with a 300-lb weight limit while carrying a 20-lb tool bag.
