The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with Power Platform technologies, SQL Server, and Access databases, along with leadership capabilities to guide a small team and establish reusable development patterns for future migrations. The role focuses on migrating legacy high-risk business technology applications into the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem using modern technologies.
As a Full Stack Lead Developer, you will be responsible for migrating existing Ruby on Rails application to a new architecture built with Angular and Ionic (using Capacitor for mobile) using micro-front-end architecture to ensure smooth integration across web and mobile platforms. Design and implement reusable components like AUTH Guard for routing and session management, including token handling, refresh tokens, and expiry logic to maintain a smooth, authenticated experience across web and mobile platforms.
This is a hands-on role supporting manufacturing processes, daily production, continuous improvement, quality, safety, and shop-floor operations. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field.
Batch Processing and Data Integration: Significant experience with batch processing, data integration, automated data processing, and data warehousing solutions like Snowflake, including managing data pipelines. Kafka and Data Streaming: Proven experience with Apache Kafka, including designing and implementing event-driven architectures, data pipelines, and real-time data streaming solutions.
Training & RepresentationRepresent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings; occasionally train junior sales staff or clients on product features.
