p>• Operating autoclaves, hydraulic presses, and ovens to complete bonding cycles • Controlling heat, pressure, and timing conditions according to material specifications • Sanding, burring, and smoothing areas • Applying sealing resins to cut or exposed edges • Monitoring and verifying quality of finished products • Completing repairs on composite, metal, or laminate bonded products. • Ability to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work, including lifting over 25 lbs • Working with chemicals, prolonged overhead work, kneeling, bending, stooping, and carrying tools • Ability to access small, confined spaces and work in an enclosed environment • Ability to work flexible, changing shifts, including weekends.
