li>Respond to temperature complaints, Light Bulbs replacement, Resetting breakers, equipment, Restroom repairs, Ceiling tile replacement; Operate mechanical equipment (i.e. chillers, pumps, cooling towers, EMS computer, fire alarm system, etc.), Miscellaneous (i.e. painting, repairs doors and locks, etc.), General Maintenance includes painting and sweeping of mechanical and equipment rooms, maintaining lighting in mechanical rooms, equipment rooms, elevators, and service and public areas, maintaining order in tool room and workshop, recording electrical and water meter readings. Responsibilities: - Responsible for building electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical maintenance of company building portfolio (all current buildings are located in West Houston).
