p>• Own and execute the global renewals and retention strategy across 8 Idera brands • Lead, mentor, and motivate brand managers and renewal reps to meet and exceed business goals • Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability across teams • Proactively identify organizational, process, and data blind spots before they impact results • Serve as senior escalation point for high-risk, high-value, or complex renewal situations. • Drive on-time renewals, favorable contract terms, and expansion opportunities • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, Finance, and Legal to remove renewal barriers • Lead weekly/monthly forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and at-risk account discussions • Develop and scale renewal best practices, playbooks, and operating cadences • Influence pricing, term structures, and retention initiatives based on data and outcomes.
